like.. it wasn;t overnight i lost and still and losing weight and changing my body fat % and muscle tone , posture and overall size, i mean it takes time, but you gotta struggle through it.. simple steps can help you get on a plan that works for you cuz were all different .. changing late night snacks, you know i would go to the fridge constantly late night, sleep walk for some food, sugar anything ... and fruits instead of crap really helps, grab a bannanna, a pear, eat 10 oranges, 20 straberries, 30 raisins, build up your Cologne path to push stuff through your body , clean your system ,
