Really for me Losing weight is not a Decision cuz i wanna get girls or look better or even feel better. it is because I have trouble breathing cuz my dad was fat you know. and sleeping i cant breath you know.. The only way to fix that was sergery cutting up my throught and Vocal pipe cleaning it up.. or .. LOSING weight and It all shrinks down . I sleep great now. i was dying before. a matter of 10=20 Pounds makes a difference.
