When you wanna make a sale .. or land a big client ... You Need to chill back ... Money and Cash are just like Fine Girls and Bugging them, following them around will just get your blocked, banned or shined quick .. You give it up to quick , you get cut short , lowballed, and you lose respect as a Vendor .. what you have for sale. or whatever idea you wanna push on anyone .. IS a quality product . and even if it's a cheap product , it works. it's proven , you stand by it .. 1. Be Honest .. i KNOW great Salesmen Lie and cheat to get any sale .. We don't play that in 2013 .. Because a return customer is a good customer. and a loyal customer is like water in the desert . Hard to find .. Do not be afriad to tell your customer .. THIS sucks, or i would not get this based on your own personal experience .. An honest response rather than a lie will get you points with the customer and help build that level of trust .. to help you make that sale .. 2. Let them like you .. Nobody wants to buy anything from a dick , nomatter how cheap , they will take their business somewhere else .. Smile more .. 3. know your product , use and know everything about what you are pushing .. If you know your product that will show. 4. Comfort your target- Bring your Buyer in .. Or bring your target Person you wanna push an idea , product, or whatever your selling .. sell it right .. bring them in .. to your world .. Let them feel comfortable .. heyy.. we both win off this sale,, heyy it doesn't matter if we do business or not , im just happy im here and you listened.. heyy i understand your not interested .. you rather pay more because you hate me, i get that too.. spite .. its ok .. maybe we talk again or not ? =) .... still be happy . still keep them in that comfort zone .. 5. timing ... Just like fucking a fine girl Timing is everything .. I will wait weeks, months for a sale .. Let them get to that right point and everyone breaks . then boom .. You wait too long , you fucked up .. you rush up to fast , you fucked up .. but if you play it right . YOUR IN ... 6, It’s not what you say; It’s what your customer believes. You can have the best sales presentation in the world, but if the customer doesn't believe your proposition, then you don’t have a chance. Take the time to engage with the customer. Ask them questions and let them tell you their wants and needs. Yes, many times they don’t know what their needs are and you’ll have to guide them, but in the end, if they don’t believe it, you don’t have a chance. In the end you need to sell yourself to make a good sale . and build trust . act like you care.. Because the customer is always right . unless they are wrong .. lol . Jimrock 2013

6, It’s not what you say; It’s what your customer believes.
You can have the best sales presentation in the world, but if the customer doesn't believe your proposition, then you don’t have a chance.  Take the time to engage with the customer.
